Privacy policy

At Espurna Studio we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains, clearly and without jargon, what personal data we process when you use this site or write to us, what we use it for and what rights you have over it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data do we process?

Only what you give us voluntarily through the contact form or by email: name, email address and, optionally, company, type of project, indicative budget and the message you write. We do not collect special category data and we do not build profiles.

3. What do we use it for?

To handle your enquiry, reply to you and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal or a quote. We do not use your data to send you unsolicited marketing.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the acceptance box and submit the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

5. For how long?

We keep your data for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and, if a professional relationship begins, for its duration and for the applicable legal retention periods. If no relationship follows, it is deleted once the enquiry is closed.

6. Who do we share it with?

We do not pass your data to third parties and we do not make international transfers, except where legally required. Messages are handled through our hosting and email provider, Hostinger International Ltd., which acts as data processor with the appropriate safeguards.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to javier@espurna.studio, stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and the form includes anti-spam measures. Even so, no system is 100 % infallible.
